It’s DAY 4 of the Diddy Trial and Cassie Ventura took the stand again, but is being questioned by Diddy’s Defence.
Every question from the defence is centred on discrediting Cassie Ventura’s Testimony. Text messages were shown to the jury, to demonstrate Cassie’s consent for Freak offs etc. and that she was “horny” as she sent via text.

The defence then questioned about her planned tour with Matt Testa. And that she cancelled the tour after she received a settlement money from the Diddy lawsuit, and there was no longer a need for it.
Cassie was also questioned on her behaviour towards Diddy taking care of his other women and family responsibility.
The question was intended to show that Cassie wanted Diddy all for himself, but somehow it shows Cassie really cared for their relationship and that’s what a girlfriend should feel right?
Cassie had earlier in the deposition admitted to having an affair with a former NFL player. This was after Diddy found out about it by going through her mobile phone.
This part of the questioning focused on painting a bad image of Cassie Ventura, as a cheater and not all innocent as she claims to be.
The Government prosecutor; AUSA then took the reins. And the question focuses on Diddy’s mood swing and up and down behaviour.
It just paints a bipolar picture of Diddy as Cassie claims his kindness doesn’t last.
The rest of the transcripts below is the court going over what’s relevant to admit as evidence and what to leave out.
And each party has until Sunday 5pm, to submit further information and evidence.
