Cassie Ventura Says Diddy Wanted Kid Cudi’s Car Blown Up

Sean “Diddy” Combs told his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura he would blow up rapper Kid Cudi’s car in a jealous fury, she testified before a Manhattan federal jury Wednesday.

The chilling threat was made shortly after Combs found out in late 2011 that Ventura had begun dating the Grammy-winning musician, real name Scott Mescudi, she testified at Combs’ bombshell sex-trafficking trial.

“He mentioned when we were out of the country that Scott’s car would be blown up and he wanted his friends to see it,” Ventura, 38, told the court.

Ventura testified that the next time she saw Mescudi was at a meeting at SoHo House in New York City, where he asked Combs, “What about my vehicle?”

Combs — with whom Ventura had a tumultuous 11-year relationship — responded, “What vehicle?” she recalled

Kid Cudi dated Cassie briefly in 2011

And that was the end of the meeting.”

The R&B singer also recounted Combs, 55, “lunging” at her with a corkscrew and kicking her after he discovered her relationship with Mescudi – whom she later broke up with due to the disturbing threat.

“He found out during a ‘freak-off,” she testified, referring to the days-long sex sessions that Combs, who is accused of trafficking women for sex, allegedly choreographed.

“He went through one of my phones and found emails with one of his staffers,” she said.

In a 2023 lawsuit, Ventura accused Combs of threatening to blow up Mescudi’s car – which subsequently exploded in the rapper’s driveway around the same time the alleged threats were made.

It’s Cassie Ventura’s second day taking the stand in court

An email that Ventura sent to her mom around the time Combs allegedly made threats against Mescudi were revealed in court Wednesday.

Ventura sent the email to her mother and Combs’ former assistant, Capricorn Clark, in December 2011.

“The threats that [Sean Combs] has made of me are that he will release 2 sexually explicit videos: one on xmas day [and one other],” she wrote.

The jury was then shown photos of Ventura’s bruised back and legs that her mother took.

When asked if she was open and honest with her mom about the alleged abuse she suffered at Combs’ hands, she responded, “No, I told her it was the first time.”

Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex-trafficking and racketeering.

He faces what could be a life sentence if convicted.
